Dream Work Property

Residents

Report it once. It gets a name and a date.

If you live in a Dream Work home, this page tells you what to expect from us and how to reach someone. If something is dangerous right now, call the emergency services first — then tell us.

IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY

Gas, fire, flooding, dangerous electrics or a threat to your safety: contact the emergency services first. Then tell us so we can get a qualified person there.

What you can expect

§ 01 — FOUR THINGS

When you report something

It gets logged as a case with a named person against it and a date. You should hear back by the end of the next working block. Send a photograph if it is safe to take one — it usually means the right trade turns up first time.

Before anyone visits

At least 24 hours' notice for anything routine, and we ask rather than assume. Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly and rooms are inspected quarterly — you will know when.

If you are struggling to pay

Tell us early. We will look at what is actually affordable and put it in writing. Repairs continue regardless — we do not withhold work over money owed.

If you want to complain

Put it in writing to the address on the contact page. It goes to a reviewer rather than to the person you are complaining about, and you will get a written response.

We don't list available rooms on this site — what is free changes constantly and a stale list helps nobody. If you are looking for a room, email info@dreamworkproperty.com and we will tell you honestly what there is.
