We do not currently publish any scheme membership, accreditation or regulatory registration on this website. Where we hold one, it will be listed here with its reference so that it can be checked independently. The absence of a claim here means we have chosen not to make one, rather than that we have hidden it.
Complaints
Complaints should be made in writing to the registered office or by email. A complaint is reviewed by someone other than the person it concerns, and you will receive a written response setting out what we found and what we are doing about it.
Privacy
We collect personal information only where we need it to let and manage a property — identity and right-to-rent evidence, affordability evidence, contact details and tenancy records — and we keep it for as long as the law and our obligations require. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the parties who need it for that purpose. You can ask us what we hold about you.
