Accreditations and memberships

We do not currently publish any scheme membership, accreditation or regulatory registration on this website. Where we hold one, it will be listed here with its reference so that it can be checked independently. The absence of a claim here means we have chosen not to make one, rather than that we have hidden it.

Complaints

Complaints should be made in writing to the registered office, or through the enquiry form on this website. A complaint is reviewed by someone other than the person it concerns, and you will receive a written response setting out what we found and what we are doing about it.

Privacy

We collect personal information only where we need it to let and manage a property — identity and right-to-rent evidence, affordability evidence, contact details and tenancy records — and we keep it for as long as the law and our obligations require. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the parties who need it for that purpose. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Information you send through this website

This website carries two enquiry forms and no published email address. The property enquiry form collects your name, email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, the location of the property and whatever you tell us about it. The general enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the nature of the enquiry, a property or room address where that is relevant, and your message.

We use what you send to answer the enquiry, and where it leads somewhere, to carry out the work it relates to. It is not used for marketing, it is not sold, and it does not go to anyone who does not need it for that purpose. Submissions are delivered to us as form notifications by our hosting provider, Netlify, and are held by them as part of that service.

We keep the correspondence itself as an operational record. A property enquiry, a repair report or a complaint forms part of the record of how a building has been run, and we would rather be able to produce it than not. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant operational or correspondence records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, use the due diligence route on the contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled such a request, you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and needs none to work. The only optional technology on it is Google Analytics 4, and it is switched off until you say otherwise.

On a first visit you are asked once, with Accept and Reject offered equally. Until you accept, nothing is requested from Google, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is written — refusing simply leaves the site as it already is. If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are from your IP address, and general details of your device and browser, so that we can see which parts of the site are actually used.

We also record that an enquiry form was completed successfully, as a count and nothing more. Nothing you type into a form reaches Google. No name, email address, phone number, property address or message is ever sent to analytics, and we do not use advertising cookies, Google Ads, remarketing, ad personalisation or Google Signals.

Google acts as our processor for this and may process the information outside the UK under its own safeguards; its privacy policy and its note on data collected on partner sites explain its side of it.

Your choice is stored on your own device, not on our systems, and you can change it whenever you like using Analytics preferences at the foot of any page. Rejecting after having accepted stops collection immediately and deletes the analytics cookies already set.
