If you place someone with us, you can check our working.

We take referrals from local authority housing teams and work alongside solicitors, insurers and suppliers. The common requirement is the same: a named contact, a written position at the outset, and a record that stands up afterwards.

What is agreed before anyone moves in

§ 01 — AT THE OUTSET
  • The named officer for the case, and the named operator on our side.
  • The exact room, the contractual rent, and what is being paid by whom.
  • Any resident contribution, stated plainly to the resident at the start rather than discovered later.
  • Deposit treatment, protection and the prescribed information.
  • Start date, tenancy type and the documents each side needs to hold.
  • The route for raising a concern, and who reviews it.
§ 02 — DUE DILIGENCE

The company, on the record

Everything a professional counterparty usually has to ask for, stated up front. Anything further — insurance, safety certification for a specific property, a reference — is available on request to a named person.

One operator holds the case, and the director takes anything legal or financial. You are not routed through a general inbox.

Property-specific evidence

Safety certification, inspection records and condition evidence for the specific property you are placing into — supplied to you, not published here.

The written position

Tenancy type, rent make-up, deposit treatment and the complaint route, confirmed in writing before a move-in date is agreed.

A reference

We do not publish testimonials. Ask and we will put you in touch with someone who has actually dealt with us.
