Dream Work Property Investment Ltd was incorporated in September 2019 and operates from Farnworth, Bolton. We are deliberately small. The work is ordinary — cleaning, repairs, tenancies, rent — and doing it the same way every time is the part most companies get wrong.

Two scheduled blocks every weekday for triage, repairs, lettings and payment checks, with an emergency route that runs outside them.

The person who chooses a contractor is not the person who pays one. It is an unglamorous control and it is the reason this company can be audited.
Where we operate
§ 02 — AREAWe work where we can attend the same day. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a marketing radius: a building we cannot reach quickly is a building we cannot run to this standard. Bolton is the centre of it, and we take on work across Greater Manchester and Lancashire where the journey still makes sense.
