What ID Do You Accept ?
We only accept VALID UK ID, such as Driving Licence/Provisional Licence or UK Passport.
We do not accept Work Permit or Residence Permits.

How Do We Enter The Apartments ?
We either use a keysafe/lockbox for certain apartmet or we have the keys stored at a local convenience store or petrol station.
The check-in process is simple, with plenty of video guide and instructions all on one page.
You won't need to meet anyone to enter the apartment, It's all self check-in.
What Time Is Check-In And Check- Out ?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm onwards
Check-out is 10:00 am
If you wish to extend,Please give us at least 4 hours notice!
This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in if there are no previous guests.
How Do I Extend My Booking ?
Please contact us at least 24 hours before or call us.
We are always available via text or WhatsApp. You will have our contact details and WhatsApp link once you've booked with us.
What Kind Of Support Do You Offer To Guests ?
As a small business, we prioritize hospitality and strive to ensure that your guests have an exceptional experience. This commitment begins with the initial guest inquiry, where we emphasize clear and effective communication, provide a customized guest guidebook, streamline the check-in process, and extend our support throughout their stay.
To facilitate convenience, we offer online entry links that allow guests to access comprehensive information about your property. They can explore a virtual tour, review entry codes, and access other relevant details without the need for excessive texts or calls. Our aim is to simplify things, and that's why we provide guests with a single, user-friendly link.

Do You Do Personal Check-Ins ?
We do not meet or greet guests. However, under very strict or important circumstances, we can arrange a personal check-in for an additional fee. But often guests are late, change their plans, or feel tired and uncomfortable during a personal check-in. As a result, we have decided to no longer offer this service. 95% of our guests prefer to check-in themselves without having to meet anyone, so we will continue with this approach.
Do You Take A Security Deposit ?
Yes we do, this fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The deposit varies from each apartment and is from 150 pound - 250 pound.
This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, they all depend on stripe which is our payment processor.
Can We Smoke The Apartment ?
Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED !
